Almost exactly one year ago, I had just returned from a conference for adoptive moms, we were snowed in, Stephen was out of town, and I could not stop thinking about adopting again. I discovered www.bethelchina.org online and felt so drawn to this place and its children.
Now, here we are, just a few months away from adding one of those children to our little family. When I got back from the Created for Care Conference on Sunday, Kate had drawn me this picture. Our family, with an hour glass on the right, representing our newest member. I love her so much, and this picture is just precious to me. Adoption is such a blessing.
I remember you starting to talk about adoption again after the snow!! And I LOVE this picture!!
