LOA!!!!

                   We got an email last night that we finally have our Letter of Acceptance!

Once China approves of us, they send us this LOA for us to actually accept Charlie as our son.  (I'll post a picture when we actually have the hard copy.)  The next step is to apply for permission to bring him into the US with the USCIS.  Back in the fall we applied to be able to bring a foreign orphan into the US and we were approved.  Now we are asking for permission, for this specific orphan (who is an orphan no more, btw...) to become a US Citizen.  Once we get that, in 2-3 weeks, we will request Chinese Visas and Travel Approval from China.  We hope to travel about 8-10 weeks from now.
