Killing Time

Yesterday was a free day and Kate wasn't feeling well.  She had a fever, headache and sore throat.  It was a good day to be sick because we didn't have anything official to do.  We spent the morning in the pool.  Charlie is getting more confident in the water every day.  He absolutely loves it.

Yes, we had to wear swim caps.  Looking good, huh?

We are the only foreigners here at the hotel and in the pool.  The Chinese use the pool here strictly for swim lessons and exercise.  It is very obvious that they think we are absolute clowns with our beach balls, swim rings and diving toys!

Kate and I stayed at the hotel yesterday so she could take a nap, and the boys went to a small amusement park.  They had a great time.

Charlie loves his personal fan and takes it everywhere!

                                      Sam said this car was actually more fun than it looks!
